How to prepare grilled fish

Grilled fish ingredients:

1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 sprigs of thyme
Garlic 3 cloves
Black pepper 1/8 teaspoon
4 pieces of fish fillet
Salt as needed
Leek as desired
Lemon as desired

Preparing the ingredients for preparing grilled fish:

Peel and crush the garlic. You can use oregano instead of thyme.
Use 4 pieces of fish fillet weighing 170 grams each.

Use fish with firm, white flesh, such as salmon. Do not remove the skin of the fish.
If you use leeks, chop them.

How to prepare:

In a large shallow bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, thyme leaves (or oregano), garlic, and black pepper.
Add the fish pieces and rub the mixture on the fish. Cover the dish and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat the grill pan on medium-high heat. Remove the fish pieces from the seasoning mixture and shake them to sample the extra ingredients on them. You can also cook the fish on the grill.
Put the fish pieces in the pan from the skin side, add a little salt to them. Cook them until the skin of the fish is crispy and brown, then turn and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes until the fish is cooked and brown.
If desired, serve the fish with leeks and lemon slices.
